1. Age & Requirements

Your age should be within the range of the allowed age group for the given type of vehicle (E-kart/E-trike) driven.

All participants must complete our safety briefing.

Bookings confirmed on deposit payment. Full balance due per package requirements.

Prices are subject to change before deposit payment. Once paid, your price is locked.

Strict zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and drugs. Participants under influence will be barred without refund.

Participants must follow safety instructions and proper conduct—verbal abuse or unsafe driving leads to ejection with no refund.

Participants sign a waiver acknowledging risks. We are liable only for direct injury caused by our negligence.

Not liable for indirect losses, or injuries due to participant negligence.

Follow the Refund Policy as stated in our refund policy page.

You are responsible for any willful damage caused.

All website content (logos, images, copy) is our property. You cannot use it without permission.

Our website may link to external services. We don't endorse or control those sites—use at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

These terms are governed by Sri Lankan law. Any disputes will be resolved in Sri Lankan courts.
