Refund Policy

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.

Full payment is due on arrival or before the event, depending on your package.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations ≥ 14 days before the event: you may reschedule your booking.
  • Cancellations < 14 days before: the deposit is forfeited, no refund or reschedule.
  • No-show or arrival after safety briefing starts: no refund or reschedule allowed.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, subject to availability.

4. Event Disruptions

If we must cancel due to weather, track conditions, force majeure, we'll either:

  • Offer a full refund, or
  • Reschedule your session to a mutually agreeable date.

5. Unsafe or Unfit Participants

If a participant is deemed unsafe, intoxicated, or fails to meet safety requirements (e.g., height, weight), they will be turned away without refund.

6. Damages

Participants causing intentional damage to karts or facility must cover repair or replacement costs.
